Liability Release

The Pilates Studio by Namrata Purohit, with its head office located at 401-406 Business Plaza, Gazdar Bandh Road, opposite Dhan Potohar Sports Ground, Santacruz (W), Mumbai 400054, shall not be liable for any damages arising from any personal injuries sustained by a guest or a client on or about the premises of The Pilates Studio By Namrata Purohit. A guest or client, by attending The Pilates Studio By Namrata Purohit and using its facilities and equipment, does so at their own risk. A guest or a client assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur to him/her using said facilities. He/she does hereby fully and forever release and discharge, The Pilates Studio By Namrata Purohit its owners, employees, consultants and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of actions, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of a client’s or a guest’s use or intended use of The Pilates Studio’s facilities and equipment.

I warrant, represent and agree that I am in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment, or ailment preventing me from engaging in active or passive exercise or that will be detrimental or inimical to health, safety, comfort, or physical condition if I do so engage or participate. The Pilates Studio By Namrata Purohit shall not be liable for the loss or theft of, or damage to, the personal property of a guest or a client.

I understand that Pilates consists of exercises that require guided movement/assistance (tactile queing), and I have no issues with the same.

I agree to abide by and comply with all rules and regulations currently in force or prescribed by The Pilates Studio and/or for the use of its facilities and equipment.

Terms and conditions of sessions:
I understand that The Pilates Studio requires twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for any change or cancellation. The Pilates Studio will attempt to make up for the missed class, subject to slot availability. I will be billed for any session booked if a twenty-four (24) hour notice is not given.

The expiry date of the membership is as follows:
1-month membership expires in ONE month, + 5 Days.
3-month membership will expire in 3 months + 12 Days.
Please schedule makeup classes at times mutually suitable at your earliest convenience to avoid a membership lapse. Sessions are not transferable or refundable under any circumstances. Please keep your account in good standing. If your account is in arrears, you will not be permitted to book further sessions.
